I can't find the driver for my model Acer. My laptop is the Aspire M5-583P, but when I check the list of available driver downloads, I don't see any for the Crystal Eye.

    In this case, check if your Windows Update is set to automatic downloading and installing updates. If it is not set already, it is recommended to allow Windows to automatically download and install updates.     You can also try the following steps if the above option does not work:
    1. Right-click 'Start' and go to 'Device Manager'.
    2. Check if your webcam is listed under the list of devices.

    4. Check if you are able to update the drivers from here.
    5. If the drivers are not able to update from here too, you can consider using the option of 'Roll Back Driver'.
