Bluetooth won't work V5-572G

I've had this laptop for over a couple months now. I can't get the bluetooth to work!

I'm using windows 8.1 Pro, and have installed the latest drivers from acer support. The back of the device does say "This device contains WLAN+Bluetooth Module AR5B22". There is no bluetooth options in pc settings/wireless. No bluetooth radios in control panel, or under networks. In the task manager, there is a bluetooth symbol "Extension core" which is running in the background.

What do I do?

Thanks!

     I have a V5 552P with Windows 8.1 with the same problem.

    1) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Qualcomm Atheros\Bluetooth Suite

    2) Run all aplications with Bluetooth icon as administrator

    3) Go to search and type: bluetooth and the first option should be "bluetooth config"

    4) Activate it

    Hope this helps you.

You need to go into Device manager and u willl find Bluetooth then it is already installed. you can right click that and enable it. or else you may have to do fresh install..you will get those drivers on acer website...
