Should that PSU (power supply unit) make any sound when computer is turned off, or should it be totally silent?

Took that comp back to the shop and they said that they changed that PSU, but they say that they don't know if that is normal "sound" for that PSU. (???)

So, is it normal that PSU makes some electric buzz sound, or should i try to get new one?

It definitely shouldn't be making any buzzing sound when the computer is turned off. A PSU should be completely silent when there's no power being drawn. The buzzing sound could indicate an issue like coil whine or a problem with the capacitors. I’d suggest getting it checked again or ask for a replacement, especially if it’s under warranty. The shop's response sounds a bit uncertain, so it’s better to play it safe with something as important as your power supply.

    Thank you for the answer.

Well, took it back to store and all i got this time was: there isn`t anything wrong in that comp, even the issue was the same and first time there was samething wrong… Well, got almost 100€ bill and some "explanations" for what should be accepted noise or so… (attachment)

Off topic: but just in case, customer service in GIGANTTI, Lappeenranta sucks!!
