is there any way I could set up an Fn lock shortcut to toggle Fn?

I'm aware of the setting in the BIOS, but that's not what I'm looking for

I'm trying to get a similar effect to Fn+esc on my old dell laptop, but I haven't been able to find anything that works
even my rat 4 mouse doesn't have any macros or keybinds I can use to toggle fn and the custom macros don't seem to detect the Fn key

it's an aspire 7 A715-42G-R04Y, but ideally I'd like a solution I can use for future laptops as well
