I purchased an acer concept D5 about 3 weeks ago and the sound from the inbuilt speakers is terrible. The sound is very tiny. Is it normal? Is there a way I can fix it? or I made a mistake buying this model? I work developing music. I even connected a bluetooth speaker and the volumen was more better from my android using the bluetooth device than this Concept D5 model using the same bluetooth device. Please advise.

Check the volume icon on the right side of taskbar. Check whether the volume level is up.

Try to check the sound on your wired headset.

    Try windows x

Go to device manager - Go to sound video and game controllers. Expand it

Uninstall the sound driver from device manager. Please uninstall all the items below the sound video and game controllers. Restart the computer. It should work fine..

If it is still not working

Uninstall the sound driver from device manager

    Dont restart the computer.

    Go to support.acer.com

    chose your country

type snid or chose your model

    go to drivers

    Install the sound driver

    It should work fine..

Hi William, I appreciate your prompt response. I will work on that in the morning because now it is late, and I cannot make any noise. Thanks a lot.
