Acer Nitro 5 Don't see my headset in control panel

Hello, I bought Acer Nitro 5, and I tried to plug in my headset. Everything was okay, until I noticed that it works on a built-it microphone. I opened control panel and I saw that my computer sees my headset not as a headset but as a normal headphones and there is no my microphone. I tried everything. Some people told me, that my microphone is connected to built-in, but it is not. As if it couldn't be worse, I cant even launch Realtek Audio Console, because it tells me that it failed to connect to rpc.

    What is your full Nitro 5 model series number? For example, AN515-54?

    Some models use the older Standard TRRS PC headset in the middle below and some newer models use the Nokia-type TRRS OMTP headset on the right below. If you plug in an old style headset in the new OMTP jack, the mic output may go to grounded sleeve and not work. Then the old style headset will only be recognized as headphones with no mic.

    Insert headset.

    Computer asks you "which device did you plug in", select "headset". If not prompt, then go to Realtek Audio Console and select headset.

    That's it, you are using your headset mic.

    You can verify that your headset mic is working by lightly tapping your headset mic, the signal meter should jump.

    When you get that prompt it is very easy to have it always remember your action. If you choose the wrong setting (such as speakers instead of headset) you need to manually change it as Joe suggests.

    The 3.5mm port device selection is related to the Realtek Audio Console app. Try to reinstall it by uninstalling the Realtek Audio Console app, and downloading the audio console driver from the Acer Support site. Also, check the Task Manager, startup tab, and make sure that the Realtek or RtkAudService must be enabled the startup or else the app won't work.
