Hi Guys, I have TravelMate 5744 which is working fine and want to re-install OS on a new drive since I want to upgrade the old one because storage is too small. I just can`t access BIOS nor Boot Menu option at startup. I`ve tried all combination of keys from google searches and youtube but none is working (F2, F9, F10, F12, Esc, Fn+F2, Alt+F10) and even tried inserting boot disc in the CD-Rom and none of these is working, may you please give me any other suggestion to try.

NOTE: When re-install old HDD it works fine, and I`m 100% sure new drive is working since I could successfully install OS on a different Dell laptop (I had to do this because I thought the problem was with the new drive when it didn`t even wanted to boot on CD-Rom media).

Open the machine, search for the bios battery, take it out, leave it for an hour and reassemble everything.
