I have had a CB5 since 2015 and it still nice for use on couch except the battery/charging failed so it has to be permanently plugged in. I have been using ee mobile WiFi dongle for two years with no problems.

In May I got a CB314 for serious desk work and last month a CP311 Spin for travelling and both connected immediately to the ee with no problems.

Last week the ee contract ended and I decided to go to 3 with a mobile Wifi dongle but no way can I get the two new chromebooks to connect to it!

The old one connected straight away but both new ones just say 'bad password' when I try to connect!

I've factory reset both and looked at every option in advance and settings but still no joy!

Does anyone know how to get new Chromebooks to connect to 3??????????????????????????????

P.S I am 75 but I don't think I'm totally ignorant of technology.

    Are caplocks on or off?

    Hi @r1xlx

The passwords are always case sensitive. So I would recommend you to check with the uppercase and the lower case letters that you have entered in the password.

Hope it will help you in some way.
