I have an Acer 3 A315-41-R3RF.
I did what a post said about disconnecting the hard drive and battery when stuck on the Acer logo. I was able to get past the Acer logo but now this is popping up and I don't know what to do next lol! Any and all help would be much appreciated!!

Press ESC key to enter the BIOS menu. Then post a phone photo of the BIOS INFORMATION tab.

    Hi @Papageorgeio187

You can try to do the BIOS reset to check if that makes any difference once you get into the BIOS.

How do I reset my BIOS/UEFI to default settings?
    1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, or until your system shuts completely down.
    2. Power on the system.
    3. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    4. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.
Hope it will help you in some way.

It has been doing this ever since I loaded the default configuration. It was started at 11. Any idea of how long it might take?

Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off if it's still at  the logo screen. It's having trouble reading the WesternDigital HDD. Wait a few minutes. Then try to turn it back on again.

Did you check the health of your HDD with CrystalDiskInfo?

if Windows now starts, we can check on the HDD health with some Windows HDD tools that are already on your machine.
