hello, I'm a nitro 515-56 user, when I power on after entering Windows 10, a display like this appears, but after a forced restart it disappears, this incident rarely happens 1x/2x in 1 month, is this damage to the VGA?

GPU is probably fine. Happens on mine occasionally too. Try this. Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' near top of next  pane. Scroll down and either uncheck (if checked) or check (if unchecked) box for fast startup. Shut down Windows normally. Test frequency of screen artifacts again

Please, give me a tutorial screenshot, because I don't understand using windows 10, but for now, the unit is in the acer service center

When you get it back from service center, we can go through procedure step-by-step if problem is still present.

after the repair from the acer service center turned out to be replacing the mainboard, hopefully there won't be any more illnesses the next day
