ACER NITRO 5 SPIN NP515-51-858Z N17W1 - SSD Upgrade?

My laptop ACER NITRO 5 SPIN NP515-51-858Z N17W1 has Micron 256GB SSD and no HDD at all. I would like to upgrade SSD, but I'm not sure which SSDs would be most compactible with this model. Plus I don't want it to be Micron or to break a bank with the price.
Any ideas?

@Viviana18 the default M.2 SSD in this Nitro 5 Spin is Micron M.2 SATA so it just has the maximum SATA 3 speed of around 550MB/s. I'm not sure if you want to replace the default M.2 with something better or add another 2.5inch SATA SSD.
If you want to replace the M.2 SATA SSD with a faster M.2 NVMe SSD, you can look for WD SN550, SN570, and Samsung 980.
For the 2.5inch SATA SSD, options are Crucial MX500, Kingston A400, WD Blue, and Samsung 870 EVO.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, I want to replace my 256GB SSD with 1Tb or 2 Tb preferably.

Kingston A400 2.5in SATA SSD 1920GB has been discontinued and someone told me that Crucial MX500 is actually Micron and that they are slow.

Sorry about the bolded letters, I did ctrlC-ctrlV.

I really don't know anything about this, so excuse me for asking this, but could you write me the exact names of SSDs (WD and Samsung with all those tiny numbers and letters) which would be a good fit? Is my SSD Micron 256GB actually 2 inch or 2.5?

Would this one 2Tb be compatible with my Acer?  - https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/sata-ssd/870-evo-2tb-sata-3-2-5-ssd-mz-77e2t0bw/

@AnhEZ28 I just contacted Acer support and they kinda blew me off, just saying about personal responsibility when changing the original config, and gave me the SSD part number KN.25604.039.

So, I still don't know which one to buy. Samsung support told me that I can put either

980 PRO with Heatsink NVMe M.2 SSD 2TB or 970 EVO Plus NVMe M.2 SSD 2TB.

Could you please, please tell me what do you think about these or the ones from my previous reply?
    Thanks :)

@Viviana18 for replacing the M.2 Micron SSD, you can get WD SN570, Samsung 970 EVO, or Samsung 980. Those are M.2 NVMe interfaces and have around 3000MB/s read/write speed.

@AnhEZ28 Sorry, I need to ask you just one more question, if I may. Would this one be good quality and compatible choice - Western Digital 2TB WD Blue SN570 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive SSD - Gen3 x4 PCIe 8Gb/s, M.2 2280, Up to 3,500 MB/s - WDS200T3B0C.

@AnhEZ28 I discovered online these GPU-z and SSD-z tests, so I checked my computer and memory and it says the existing Micron SSD is SATA3.2. , but there seems to be some PCIe slot? I took these screenshots so that you can see my config and if putting NVMe (Western Digital 2TB WD Blue SN570 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive SSD - Gen3 x4 PCIe 8Gb/s, M.2 2280, Up to 3,500 MB/s - WDS200T3B0C.) is going to be ok? Is it gonna work?

@Viviana18 no need to worry, this community is to ask and answer the concerns that people have.
Some people have put the M.2 NVMe in this model and it works perfectly: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/26704128
    WD SN570 2TB is a great choice.
