Again ACER Care is not updating at all.  This means non-techie users will be losing out on improvements and bug fixes.

Drivers are almost a year out of date.

So I used Intel Driver Support Updater and was notified a newer version existed.

INTEL WARNS  (Installing this graphics driver from Intel may remove customizations from your computer manufacturer (OEM).

But with ACER so lame to support their products properly what choice is there!!

Computer Manufacturers DELL and HP have their support software fully working properly.
Both those give regular BIOS updates protecting hardware from the vulnerability threats of malicious code exploits.

Once an attacker gains administrative-level privileges through some other mechanism, he can flash the BIOS over the Internet with malware-laden firmware.

There are neither problems to be fixed nor improvements to be made with the ACER OEM driver. So it should not be changed with generic Intel driver. Generic updates don't necessarily mean better for proprietary OEM mainboards..

For one,   Windows came out since Acers Version.
It doesn't look good or impressive IMHO

That's what the Nitro's discrete GPU is for.
