Overclock laptop display

I m planning to overclock my display from 60hz to 75hz is it safe to oc my display panel and will it affect  laptop long term life or it will damage life of panel in long term?

    A software  custom resolution  utility (cru) is useful for changing resolution  , increasing  refresh rate for display panel. So is it safe for overclocking display panel from 60 hz to 75hz

    LCD should be OK but CPU/GPU might overheat.

    My laptop  is not overheating  I do regularly  cleaning  while gaming max cpu temp is 68 to70celcius . Gpu temp is at max 59temp I play only valorent which is cpu intensive game

    Any long term screen damage if I do overclock display I only increased  15 hz more from default 60hz

    The LCD should be OK but not 100% guaranteed.

    I m by over time picture quality or something else degrade overtime I want to ask

    Yes. While the risk is small, it is still NOT zero risk of degrading faster than if you didn't do this. If you want zero risk, then you should NOT do it.
