Hello, when i change the presets in the NitroSense they don't save and always come back to the "music" preset. I updated the Nitrosense, downloaded the newest Realtek drivers and it is still not working. Any solutions?

I think there is a problem with the nitrosense installer package.

In theory, your nitrosense shouldn't have trueharmony at all because your laptop has premium DTS.

If you search on the internet, you will find people complaining why my laptop or motherboard doesn't have Realtek graphic EQ. The simple reason why these particular people don't have Realtek EQ is because they have DTS or Dolby or Nahimic that have their own premium EQ.

If end-user accidentally enable both the DTS EQ and the Realtek EQ --- they just ruin their sound.

So the only safe thing to do is to "cripple" your Realtek Audio Console and delete the Realtek EQ from the Realtek Audio Console, so end-user will never encounter this issue.

Since DTS has their own movie/gaming/music audio setting, the presence of trueharmony duplicate movie/gaming/music audio setting will ruin your sound.

So in theory Acer half-assed their job on this --- they disabled trueharmony in nitrosense but didn't entirely delete it from the nitrosense's GUI.
