My acer predator Helios 300 PH315-51 laptop screen is blinking purple continuous

i bought in 2019 and because of covid I couldn't able to use the warranty period and now I got this problem can the warranty is extended and what's the problem with the screen?

    Go the BIOS and check whether you see the same colors. In order to go to the BIOS turn off the laptop and turn it back on but as soon as you turn on the laptop keep pressing the F2 repeatedly so that it will take you to the BIOS. If you see the same colors than press F9 than press ENTER than press F10 and press ENTER your laptop will restart . Still if you have the issue than go to the device manager and uninstall the display driver and restart the unit and check

  • What is the exact model? Example an515-51-75kz. Have you checked the edp cable?

    In the bios also it is showing same and I uninstalled display driver but same screen appears.  Laptop model is acer predator Helios 300 PH315-51 i5 varient.

  • Is your laptop under warranty? Have you checked the edp cable?

    They asked me to change the display while I went and asked in service center. They are taking very long to get me a new display.

    It's been 10 days and still they are saying it will take one more week to get me a new display

    I also am currently having my display replaced, although I am not sure if it really is a display problem. The only thing that I did that might've broken my display is by overclocking it using CRU to get higher Hz, but I did this more than a year and a half ago and I reverted it back immediately. Did you try to overclock your display before?

    my one is Predator PH315-51 i7 variant too.  it started only 2 days ago. any help plz?

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    ​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
    3. You will be in setup utility page. 
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​

    i did it,, but still have same problem..
    when i connect the laptop to a external display it works fine.but my laptop display still blinking purple.

    I changed my display by going to service center but the new display brightness is lower than my previous one and when I asked them they said they changed the display with the same part number. So what I should do now? 
  • have you tried to update your video card drivers?
