My laptop is getting overheat at normal use. I'm not running any heavy program in the background. It reaches up to 90'C in no usage at all. But sometimes it adjust itself with minimum heat.
It's been 3-4 month since I brought this laptop and I'm facing this problem now.
Suggest some solutions of yours.

Is it because the processor is running at full speed in normal use?
How can I minimize it?

High cpu usage can be caused by malware. Download Malwarebytes and run a scan. Also uninstall unnecessary software which you dont use.

It's gaming unit heat will be more when compare to other units but 90'C is too high. In order to reduce this don't run more apps or applications at a time. And as EvilMorty said uninstall unwanted software then run the Malwarebytes scan.
