I have tried many different ways to reach Acer with zero success. I keep giving up and trying again months later. WHY is it SO HARD to get support after warranty is up? What kind of customer support is that? We wont talk to you unless our product is within warranty?
I have an all in one I bought that crashed. I took out the hard drive, kept the sticker Acer Group Windows 7 with a bunch of numbers. It had Winlocker, Yo-Safe on it. I still remember the password but that software is not accessible unless its on the original unit. That crashed? I have a couple of files I would really like to remove but it seems impossible.
Have an old post on here that lead to nowhere…
I also think I registered that PC, is there a way to check?
