My 1 month old nitro 5 an515-57 laptop trackpad is started to fading.

Hello , I have recently purchased a nitro 5(an515-57) only 1 month ago and already started to face some issues like the trackpad is very poor quality it started to fading only in light usage like YouTube in only one month that's kind of disappointing for me and other issue is that I was unable to register my laptop warranty I have tried several times , contacted acer support regarding this issue they needed my invoice so I provided them a invoice pdf but still my laptop is not registered yet . Iam very disappointed by acer . If anybody else is also facing this issues please let me know!👍

Can you send a picture of the problem? It's strange that the touchpad faded in such a short time.

Capturing that on my camera is tough but I can see it through eyes in some area the trackpad looks new but in some it is shiny . Itied to clean it with microfiber cloth but itis not oil . Will acer change it free or I have to ?

So I have find a conclusion , the customer support told me that there is no replacement for this kind of problems I have use the laptop as it is they advised me to use a lamination on trackpad
