Microsoft word Deactivated out of nowhere AN515-57

As i have AN515-57 has word powerpoint exel installed and activated at the time of purchase but now out of nowhere it says the product is ment for corporations use and ask to connect me to corporate network to use further is this normal are you guys have same problem or not if not is there a way to get my product key and activate again

Depending on country and region, Acer pre-installed versions are often only limited-time licenses. Dealer, vendors & sellers may install different versions. You should contact the vendor who sold you this machine and ask.
