AN515-55-74YY Is there a problem with my laptop or charger?

Hello There,

Last may I bought a new acer nitro 5 laptop. The AN515-55-74YY to be precise. It has 16gb of ram, a rtx 3060 6gb and an I7-10750H. It is working great but I have come across one crucial problem. I use it for gaming (ofcourse thats why I bought it) but when I play some games or when I set the graphical settings of a game to high, my battery seems to lose charge while the charger is connected. I hate this because the hardware could easily run it. Is there a way for me to fix it? I read online that it could be any from from a driver to the charger and I would just like to know so I can improve my experience. Love to hear an answer on this one. Thx in advance

When the power adapter cannot supply the demand, battery power is also used. When battery power reaches 40%, the battery will charge again.
