Random shutdown - helios 300

have had this laptop (helios 300 2020 vers) for about 11 months now, never had an issue relating to this but today it just randomly shutdown while I was playing a game and hasn't turned on since. Its has been approximately 8 hours since its shutdown. I figured it was because of too much usage of the laptop and might fix itself after some time but nope. I've tried many things and nothing seems to work, anyone knows what the solution of it is?

Run a malware check

If your computer is affected by malware, it is possible your computer would shut down accidentally when you play games. Make sure you have the latest version of antivirus software. Perform a malware check to avoid malware affecting your computer regular processes.
