Hi,
My predator laptop (PH315-51-78NP) is stuck charging at 12% for the past few hours even though it's plugged in. My laptop seemed fine before, but it suddenly dropped from 90% to 10%.

I've tried doing power resets a couple times before which only increased the battery percentage by 1% each time, and I even uninstalled the ACPI driver (from this thread: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/631279/predator-helios-300-battery-issue)

I don't know if it's a software issue or if it's time to get a new battery (my laptop is a couple years old). Any help is appreciated :))

Here's a battery report as well for reference:

    Hi @mangouyu,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

    Hi @Easwar

Unfortunately, it didn't work. It says that all my drivers are up to date.
