How do I make the fan run on high all of the time? - Aspire A315-56

I have an Acer Aspire A315-56, i5 processor, 20GB RAM (upgraded from 8GB), and I think it has 10GB GPU memory (vRAM?). I play flight simulator quite a bit, and the area on top of where the fan is gets very hot to the touch, even kinda burns my fingers, but hasn't melted the plastic yet. As far as I can tell, the fan only runs at medium speed, not high speed. Is it possible to make the fan run on high all of the time? Or maybe manually make it run on high when playing flight sim? I can't find anything regarding the fan in BIOS settings, and I've installed Speedfan, but it's somewhat "cryptic" as far as lowering the temperature to make the fan run on high sooner. Or maybe I'm not quite the geek that I claim to be. Any advice would be appreciated. Also, could it be running this hot because I added RAM? Thanks.
