Spare parts for my laptop? - Aspire A515-51

Hi, I've got an Acer Aspire A515-51 that's out of warranty. The bezel, and then the display, and then the back cover cracked, and I've been looking to replace all three. I've already purchased a new bezel and a display, but I cannot find a back cover. Acer's service center at Thiruvalla, Kerala said I can't purchase the part from them, I'll have to send them the laptop, which isn't possible as I can't close the lid right now, and I don't like getting someone else to do my repairs. How do I get the part required, other than shipping it in from China? (which can attract high shipping and customs duties)

PS: This question is directed to any Acer users living around Kerala or India who have experience procuring spares.
