Your system uses an ATX12VO power supply and there aren't very many available as aftermarket upgrades. Acer does ship your model with a 250W supply in some SKUs, the part number is either DC.2501B.001 or DC.25018.002. Try searching on them. Either way you won't be able to get a very powerful GPU, because the newest ones requires more power than even the 250W. Other than power any modern GPU in the low form factor will work. It supports DIMMs up to 16GB each and has two slots, so 32GB maximum. (DDR4 2666/2400 MHz DDR4 SDRAM with Dual-channel architecture, so try and match a pair of sticks instead of just one). Do you already have a SSD installed? It looks like they support one HDD/SSD on a SATA port, one ODD on a SATA port and one SSD on an M.2 port (NVMe x4 for best speed).
