please be careful , buy only on the same Country that you lives .
acer will not support you in hardware issue(repair) outside the Country area .

i have acer spin 5 2020 version with a screen problem and nothing to do ..
laptop with black screen , there is touch recognize but no preview on the screen , try hard reset , bios default and all youtube options that is saw ...

i try to send the laptop back to usa , but all the transport companies ( Dhl,fedex,ups .. ) dont want to send back - battries risk something like that .
i will take him to a local repair services maybe
if someone have any idea by the experiance i would like to get your advice ... thanks

It is unfortunate, i think with this pandemic everything changed because to my understanding people out of county used to be able to do it.

Did you already tested connecting it to an external monitor?
