My monitor has a greyish tint to it after opening and closing a game. 24 XZ242Q

My monitor is an Acer Nitro (LED 24 XZ242Q SBMIIPHX 1MS 3000:1 1920X1080 400CDM HDMI*2 DP HGT ADJ FREESYNC SPK BLK). After opening and closing a game today the monitor now has a greyish/white discoloration to it. I have only had this monitor for 4 months and I haven't moved it or moved it around physically a lot. I have tried restarting my pc and turning on and off the monitor. I have also tried to do windows key + ctrl + c and that doesn't do anything contrary to what I have been told and found while researching my issue. I have also tried contacting customer support on the phone and they were no help either. I really don't know what to do anymore and would like to see if anyone else has run into this issue to see if you can help me.

I have also plugged in an external device and the picture on that looks perfectly normal with no tint over it. The tint only shows up when I switch the input back to my pc. Also I know what win key + ctrl + c does now and that is turned off
