My Laptop is Charging only when turned on or in Sleep. How to solve it? Model is

Hello I'm new in Acer Community
I have an acer laptop which I bought last year. I was using it very lightly just for browsing the internet and youtube.
But today suddenly I found that the laptop was very hot (not in charging).
I looked at the task manager and found that gpu temp is 55-56 ( which normally stays between 40-45)
And for this high temperature the laptop screen starts blinking. And after sometime I got BSOD(Blue screen of Death) error . Laptop re-started it self and same blinking started again and again. Then I decided to reinstall the OS from Recovery mode( keeping the personal files). After reinstalling the OS the problem of heating seemed to be solved. Then I tried to charge the Laptop. And I noticed that it's only charges when it's on or in Slpeed mode. Like what!!!! Yesterday it was working fine.
Need your help !!!! Please
I checked the battery health which is fine .

I can't think of any hardware reason it wouldn't charge while turned off as well or better than when it's on or in sleep. How are you determining the symptoms?

First of All thank you for your answer to my question.
Its almost two days the charging issue seems to be fixed (after i have done full reset and reinstalling win 10(deleted all files which i have not done last time)), now i can charge the laptop.
But i am noticing a starnge thing, the laptop gets quite heater easily.
and also one thing i must mention whenever i am pressing f1 key the laptop gets locked and starts blinking the screen.
Can you suggest me something in this issue.

First of all, if you have done a clean install, you need to look in Device Manager to see if there is anything that's flagged. Sometime some of the lower level drivers aren't installed by the Windows installer. Download anything that's not right from the Acer support site and install. The software that determines fan speed based on temperature will be in there as well as the software that determines charge level. If it's trying to overcharge a bit it'll be hot or if the fan is too slow it'll be hot. The F1 key is often set as the sleep key, so something is likely going on with sleep modes.
