How to fix Aspire 3 E315-53G turning on and off?
Hello. I was just using my laptop when suddenly it shows a dialog box of Acer with the options to shutdown. I'm not really sure what I saw since it automatically shutdown after that. However, that is just what I saw. I tried clicking the power button again but this time it didn't turn on. I did all tests I saw on yt.
1. I opened the laptop. Remove the battery. Click the power button for a minute to remove static. Put back battery again. But nothing happened.
2. I did the first step again but this time I plugged the charger. Nothing happened.
3. I removed the battery. Then plug only the charger. This time the light that was supposed to show me it is charging is not showing any lights. So nothing happened.
4. I put back everything. This time it is not charged. I click the power button then click the CTRL button afterwards. It did turn on. I think it says automatic repair then shutdown again.
5. This time, I removed the RAM I installed. I figure this might be the problem. However, it turned on then turned off again. Also, I've been using my laptop for 2 weeks with the new RAM on. There was no problem whatsoever until now.
What do I do? Please help me. Thank you.
