Upgraded Win 10 to 2004 and it killed the internet. I get the "globe" in the task bar and the troubleshooter resets the network, says fixed and still doesn't work. 
I went back to 1909 and working. This is number 3 computer upgrade so I know the ISO is ok.

    Never happened before and don't believe this problem should have happened. Will wait for a patch which could be a long
    time coming for a problem like this
