Acer aspire A315-22 laptop no sounds from speakers and headphone

my acer aspire A315-22 laptop doesn't give sound from speakers or headphone. when conneccted headphone it won't even detected. i tried many solutions found on internet. none of them work. OS is windows 10. updated the windows also. can anyone help on this?
