The link below is to Crucial who guarantee compatibility with your exact model which removes all the guesswork. Your mobo supports 2400 and 2666 mhz but many people have found that the 2666 runs at 2400, so 2400 is a better bet and the speed difference is negligible. I write down the part number and order from Amazon, it's cheaper and faster delivery.

Also here is the direct link to the 2400 Mhz 2 x 8gb DDR4 single ranked which will work in Dual Channel, single ranked is faster than dual ranked do not confuse Ranks with Channels

Don't trust crucial on your RAM purchase. I bought from them ddr4 advertised as 2666 for my upgrade but only runs at 2400 on my brand new Nitro 5 (i7-9750h). For comparison the stock/preinstalled ddr4 2666 kingston ram really runs at 2666 on EXACTLY THE SAME MACHINE of mine.

If you buy from them ram advertised as 2400, maybe it will just run at 2133. Don't get cheated. Be sure on your purchase!

And to maximize your machine performance, go for for the fastest RAM that your system supports! So if your system supports 2666, buy an upgrade ram with the same speed. The difference with 2400 might be small, but 2666 is still 2666. And it is always better than 2400 (provided they have the same latency).
