Acer nitro AN515-51 cracked in top left corner

Hello all, I have an Acer Nitro AN515-51 and I cracked the top left of my screen about 2 months ago. Since my warranty was expired at the place I bought it at I took it to a local trustworthy computer repair shop. They told me the screen was the issue and they can order me a new part and replace it for me. So they ordered a new part and it was cracked in the same exact spot, I thought hmmm kinda weird but shipping things happen. They told me they were gonna order another one and replace it when I get a call two days later that (drum roll please) this new screen also came in cracked in the same exact spot. And they said they already ordered another one and the latest they’d give me my laptop was Saturday. Well, Saturday came around and I got a call from them, hoping that my screen was fixed and I could come pick it up. But, it was cracked again. 

Do any other Acer Nitro 5’s have this same issue? I don’t think it’s the repair shops fault. Do the people of the internet have any tips on what to do??

Please share the image of your laptop with the cracked screen. I recommend you to contact Acer Technical Support in your region and look for OOW repair options. I hope, the screen can be fixed by Acer - manufacturer.
