Product model NC-SP314-51-P5LQ...…...I sent a repair request to Acer on 2nd August 2019 and have the response e-mail saved ( dated 2nd August.) They have responded several days later by saying that my warranty has expired. I have the purchase note saved on my computer as well. The warranty expired on the 3rd August 2019. They are now not responding to my correspondence. I think this is very poor from a supposedly respectable company. Can anyone advise of my next course of action please?
