Predator Sense IOS App

Dear all,

I own for about 3 weeks a Predator Triton 500 PT515-51, a very well built laptop with nice performance ... so far I'm quite happy with it

About the IOS Predator Sense APP: I downloaded the IOS app and I can't pair it with the phone . On the Iphone X to set it up I need to :

Launch Predator Sense on the PC

Click the mobile Icon on the top right corner . There is no mobile ICON on the PC Sense App. The Predator sense app is updated : 3.00.3110 latest update .

So , how it works? or I'm doing something wrong?

P.S. I also got the black screen with laptop/keyboard running - is it because of the Windows Update ? So far I only had this issue on time .. so I hope there is/will be a fix for this.

Try to uninstall predator sense app and then re-install to check..

@Adimoro im on 3.00.3126 on my G3-572 and its working fine either on IOS or android i suggest you to uninstall it completely using an uninstaller software like youruninstaller to remove completely every leftovers/registry keys and then reinstall it again check this thread

And you need the mobile icon to appear on PS to scan the QR code in order to pair it with the phone and if im not mistaken the PS with mobile app was only release for the rtx 2080 variant but you can try to use the same PS version on you model it should work fine as i said its working on mine
