Online performance is lagging

I purchased a Chromebook one month ago and since two weeks Chromebook is lagging its online performance and an irritating voice interruption comes after every 15 minutes which last for at least 2minutes making entire system stop working.
I am the owner of KHD Valves Automation and this is my website    http://www.khdvalvesautomation.com/

    Reset your machine to a factory-fresh state with a powerwash as shown below. Jack E/NJ
    1. Sign in to your Chromebook.
    2. At the bottom right, select the time.
    3. Select Settings .
    4. At the bottom, select Advanced.
    5. In the "Powerwash" section, select Powerwash Restart.
    6. In the box that appears, select Powerwash Continue.
    7. Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account.
