Iconia W510 Recovery Media keeps me in a loop

I attempted to revert my tablet to Windows 8 using a media recovery tool from another tablet of the same model.

It was a success creating the recovery tool, but here's the thing.

I attempted to boot into the USB, and as it finishes booting it leads me into a light blue screen with the following options

 

Exit to Windows 10

Use a Device

Turn off your PC

Advanced Options

 

I hit "Use a Device", then I click my USB, then the tablet restarts and I get back to this light blue screen

How do I break this loop and enter my recovery drive/tool?
