VN7-792G-70SU coil whine?

Hi, just got the new 792g with 6700hq (amazing laptop btw) but there is one issue that I'm getting.  There's an audible electrical squealing/chattering noise that I think is what people call coil whine.  I thought this only affected high powered gpus(?).  It's coming from the top centre of the laptop which i believe is where the cpu and gpu are.  I actually sent back the laptop and got a replacement (there were a couple of other issues) but it does the same thing.

It's barely audible on power saving mode; audible sometimes on balanced eg. when scrolling a page; worst is on High performance there is a constant chatter.

 

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this or knew of anyway to reduce the noise?

Got the same problem here. Constant electrical noise like a working HDD which disappears in Energy Saving mode. Also got an replacement device which has just the same issue
