Acer Aspire 5352 Notebook PLEASE HELLLPPPP PLEASEE

I Just Made a trade for Acer Aspire 5352 Laptop , Women Tells Me She Hasnt Figured It out but the laptop isnt recognising wireless adapter lan adapter and trackpad does not work either what she did was put Os 8.1 on it and a 500gb hdd in it . i made the trade and took as is thinking i could fix it but i cant and i havent slept since i got it i need help and i appreciate everyone who helps she also had loaded drivers thru usb stick but no luck ... please help is this pc not compatible with wondows 8.1 the other sad thing is i have no windows discs i do have product key underneath the laptop and when i open my computer on desktop shows the product key for os 8.1 she installed please guys show me the light guys also it has the intel sticker on it so im pretty sure its an intel processor pentium

1) the product is about which version of windows?

2) about hardware issues, check this

Windows logo key + x
click on Device manager

if Yellow exclamation mark is present
double click on it
choose "Details" tab
from dropdown menu, select HardwareIDs
click on the first value and copy/paste it here

IRON THANK U SO MUCH FOR THE REPLY I KNO IM NOT ALONE OS IS VERSION 8.1 AND THE DEVICE MANAGER DOESNT EVEN SHOW THE DEVICES ... THATS MY PROBLEM

I ALSO AM NOT WITH THE PC RIGHT NOW IM AT WORK TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I CAN DO WHEN I GET HOME IVE READ A FEW THINGS SAYING TO UPDATE BIOS BUT I DNT EVEN KNO IF WHEN I GET HOME I CAN DIRECT CONNECT IT BECAUSE IM NOT EVEN SURE IF I REMEMBER SEEING A LAN CARD IN DEVICE MANAGER
