acer s7 392 black screen

I have a problem with my s7 ultrabook
I was working with it normaly and then the screen started to flash then it became all black!!! I conect it with an externe screen of my pc
And it work normaly but the laptop's screen stay black but if i touch it i can see it react in the extern screen i mean if i clik on an icone with the screen of my s7(it's a touch screen) i see it can select normaly an react normaly but no display
I tried a solution i found in an other topic of turning it off and keep pressing the power button for 30 s but did'nt work
I found an other topic say i need to flash my bios but i'm not sure about that because it work normaly in an externe screen!
So any helep!

You can try to flash a BIOS even if the external screen is working.

use your serial number or SNID to have the correct support page, then click on BIOS tab and download the latest, follow the instructions.

 

if the issue is still there after BIOS upgrade, power off and boot pressing F2, this will boot to BIOS, if screen is black on BIOS too, it's an hardware issue and you need to contact your  Acer support service.
