I had connected my Acer Iconia One B1-630HD tablet to my Windows 7 laptop fine, then suddenly when I connected it again it would not let me transfer some files. I looked into it and now when I connect the tablet it is listed as a camera under My  Computer. I downloaded the driver from Acer and tried to reinstall it it, but it still does the same thing. I tried updating the driver via the Device Manager and all I get is is that Windows has determined the correct driver is installed. Not sur what my next step should be.

You can solve this problem in Android 4.4.4 by uncheking all items (MTP, PTP, UMS) from
Menu: storage->USB computer connections and then tick 'Media device(MTP).
