Virus on HDD and Issues Installing OS

Hi 

Have solvedthis problem i have the same problem , let me sare you my problem , i had a virus i want to totally instal a new OS i can not format from my computer so i use anather pc to format the hard disck , then i try to install the the pc it came with differr\ent problem black scren with the messege oprating system not found ,  F2 ,  F12 or any other function key do not give any result , i restart and try every F keys but still the messege is there OPERATING SYSYTEM NOT FOUND . please i need support how to solve  the problem .  i thank for all support due to me in advance

Some things you can try are:

 

1. Format the drive in FAT32 and create 1 single partition to install the OS to.

2. Make sure the HDD is properly installed

3. Go into the BIOS, and make sure the system is set to boot from the CD drive
