Hallo zusammen!
Ich habe meinen Predator Helios 500 vor ca. 4 Wochen gekauft.
Gestern kam so eine Meldung, dass ich ein Laufwerk bla bla bla muss (kann mich nicht mehr erinnern). Ich habe auf Ja gestimmt und jetzt habe ich irgendwie nur meine SSD mit dem Windows drauf und der Recovery. (237 GB)
Die 1 TB HDD ist nirgends mehr zu finden.
Ich hoffe Ihr könnt mir so schnell wie möglich helfen!

Try this! Press windows + r and type msconfig; on system startup, select safe boot and restart; when restart, press f2 and change from rst to ahci and press f10 to save when exiting! As the notebook will enter windows in safe mode, this change will not cause the blue screen! In safe mode, see if your hd is identified! If it is identified in ahci mode, switch back to rst on bios and see if hd is also detected in safe mode! If it is, just uncheck the safe boot to boot windows normally!
Then switch back to rst with optane through safe mode and make sure hd is identified in raid mode!
Versuche dies! Drücken Sie Windows + r und geben Sie msconfig ein; Wählen Sie beim Systemstart einen sicheren Start und starten Sie den Computer neu. Drücken Sie beim Neustart f2 und wechseln Sie von rst zu ahci und drücken Sie f10, um beim Beenden zu speichern! Da das Notebook im abgesicherten Modus Fenster öffnet, wird diese Änderung nicht den blauen Bildschirm verursachen! Im abgesicherten Modus, sehen Sie, ob Ihr HD identifiziert ist! Wenn es im ahci-Modus erkannt wird, wechseln Sie zurück zum rst on bios und sehen Sie, ob hd auch im abgesicherten Modus erkannt wird! Ich hätte das auf meinem Predator G9-793 fast auch mal ausprobiert.Nachdem ich aber von anderen Usern mitbekommen habe, daß man dieses Array nur mit einem speziellen Tool und einer Anleitung dazu wieder auflösen kann, habe ich die Finger davon gelassen.Du dürftest in etwa das hier durchgeführt haben:

Yes, it turned the disk into an array! But it is possible that by changing the bios to ahci mode, the hd will be recognized again! Take a look here:

Es hat funktioniert! jetzt aber habe ich 3 Partitionen aber ich will, dass das Betriebssystem auf der SSD ist (dass es schneller lädt), oder?
Für die, die das gleiche Problem haben mit dem Predator Helios (300-500) : hier noch die PDF Datei mit der Anleitung0 -
@Kn63! Not the right solution! After you have selected ahci mode and hd has been recognized in windows, the user can again enable safe mode, enter the bios and modify again to rst mode with optane! This time the hd will be recognized correctly!
@alsobeni! I recommend you do the same procedure by re-activating security mode and changing sata mode again to rst with optane!For ssd to start, put first in the boot section!

Ich habe das Tool zum Glück ja nicht gebraucht und habe daher keinerlei Vorstellung, wie es auf deinen Festplatten jetzt aussieht.Das OS war ja auf der SSD und soll da sinnvollerdings auch wieder hin.Sind die Festplatten jetzt auch gelöscht, oder kannst du noch booten? Falls ja, kannst du einen Screenshot der Datenträgerverwaltung hier hochladen? Beispiel:
Wenn du Windows sowieso neu installieren musst, kannst nach Auswählen von "Benutzerdefiniert" ja das Laufwerk/die Partition auswählen, auf die Windows neu installiert werden soll.Wenn du ganz sichergehen willst, öffne auf der Rückseite deines Geräts die Wartungsklappe für die HDD und unterbrich für die Zeit der Installation die SATA Steckverbindung."There's more to the picture than meets the eye ..."_______________________________________________

Da ich die "Raid Löschen" Anleitung sehr gut kenne, ist folgendes eventuell hilfreich.
Beim Löschen in der Anleitung hast du wahrscheinlich die SSD und nicht die HDD zum Löschen ausgewählt.
Dadurch ist das Betriebssystem ausschließlich auf der HDD erhalten geblieben und die SSD wurde bereinigt.
Du hast jetzt ausschließlich die Möglichkeit:
1. Neues Raid 1 über den Intel Rapid Storage Manager erstellen und Raid Tool erneut ausführen, aber diesmal die HDD Löschen und nicht die SSD.
2. Wie bereits vorgeschlagen wurde, Windows komplett neu auf die SSD zu installieren und die HDD Löschen, damit dein System in Zukunft wieder von der SSD Startet.

Hattest du da vorher schon mit einem Partitionierungstool "herumgespielt"?So ein Durcheinander habe ich bisher noch nicht gesehen.Die .efi Bootpartiton liegt auf Laufwerk 0 (HDD, sollte eigentlich die SSD sein)) und das System auch. Warum gibt es ein "New Volume"? Und die SSD (Disk1) wird tatsächlich als reines Speicherlaufwerk angezeigt (hat aber den Namen "Windows").Disk 2 ist ein USB Stick mit dem Windows Setup? Disk 3 ist auch ein USB Stick?Wenn es mein Gerät wäre, würde ich alle internen Festplatten mit Diskpart plattmachen, die HDD abklemmen, einen Clean Install auf der SSD durchführen und Windows die Partitonierung überlassen.Ich muß aber wirklich zugeben, daß ich hiermit überfordert bin. Mir ist weder klar, wie das Durcheinander entstanden ist, noch wie man es "sanft" korrigieren könnte.Vielleicht kann ja egydiocoeho oder jemand anders weiterhelfen.GrußJochen

Ich wollte meine HDD auch löschen aber da das Betriebssystem drauf war, kam eine Meldung, dass ich das nicht machen kann.
Ich installier den Betriebssystem wieder und schaue dann mal obs funktioniert hat0 -

I understood that you deleted the correct hd? However when reinstalling windows, did you select rst mode with optane in bios? I recommend that you re-enable this mode, as ssd will perform better on rst! Are you able to boot windows through ssd? Can you write in English to facilitate communication?Oi!
