Acer Chromebook Spin511 Freezing Issue

Hello. I've bought this chromebook two weeks ago for work and education. Today it froze out of nowhere and i had to shut it down pressing power button for 10sec. I'm trying to figure out why would that happen. Can you help me?

    We are going to need more information. Which Chromebook Spin 511 model is it? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like CP511-xxx-xxxx. What were you doing when the freeze happened? Has it happened again since then?
