okay, so I've been trying to fix this on my own for about a month now. when I first got the nitro it was messing up. it went through its normal first time buy update and immediately got a blue screen crash. once that went away it started to work fine for about half a day until I turned it off for the first time. once I turned it back on all my USB ports didn't work anymore and my Bluetooth was also not working. I found this out by going to the device manager and seeing that all the USB HID and the Bluetooth had the little caution signs next to them, they say in the dialogue box "no device driver installed" and for the Bluetooth, it says "This device has failed and is undergoing a reset. (Code 54)". I have tried to update the driver, disable and enable the device, uninstalled and reinstalled, I downloaded new drivers from Acer, I unchecked the block that lets the computer turned the device off for power saving, I even did a reset on the os and nothing has fixed it. it actually blue screen crashed again on the reset. I'm not sure what else to try, I have exhausted all my computer knowledge.
