DisplayPort Monitor not detected at first connection

Hello

 

i have an Acer G277HU DisplayPort Monitor. This is connected to a Acer USB-C Dock NP.DCK11.01D via DisplayPort cable.

When i attach a "Switch Alpha 12 SA5-271P 2in1 Touch" via USB-C the Display remains dark. All other functions work immediately: Charging, USB, Ethernet. But no Display.

 

When i remove and plug-in the DisplayPort cable the monitor detects the signal, shows the desktop and everything is working fine.

 

Are there special settings to have the monitor activated without this plug-off-and-on procedure?

    Hallo lantopic,

     

    das klingt für mich so als wenn die Acer USB-C Dock einen Defekt hat.

     

    Hast du die schon einmal getauscht oder versucht diese mit anderen geräten zu nutzen?
