Your temps are fine. I think you GPU game settings may not be right. Many games have there own support sitest and often feature a section for settings, I would start there. I am going to get a colleague involved who specializes in game settings @GAMING6698. As for returning your laptop, only Acer can answer that so try…

Sorry but no, none of the Nitro 5 series support Video using USB including USB C, the USB C in the Nitro 5 series is USB C 3.1 gen 1 so you are stuck with HDMI or VGA if your model has it

Firstly your BIOS version should be 1.16 go here to update https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7605?b=1 Run through my GPU guide below and check to see if you have made any errors, if this doesn't work we can try a few other things The new AMD Adrenalin 2020 Control Center is designed to give support for…

Leave the stock fan alone and install a case fan, many do this with the N50-600

The specs say 2400, you can use 2666 but it will down clock to 2400 Mhz. Screenshot below is from the Tech Service Guide for your model

Read my post above which may or may not work. Also try putting your computer to Sleep or Hibernate then wake it up, this sometimes brings the GPU back
-
You can't update it from the Intel site only from the Acer support page for your model. Intel have made your GPU specifically for Acer with settings and features unique to Acer so only the Acer driver will work, the Intel driver only works for the generic version of your GPU not the Acer version

It is meant to do that it is in Battery power Saver, it saves battery power. Go to Settings/System/Power and Battery/Advanced Power Options and change how the screen behaves when in Battery Mode

90 deg is pushing the limits for that CPU, 85 deg or below is the target for gaming. A USB powered cooling pad will help and it isn't a hard choice because they all do the same thing in the same way, a two fan pad is all you need, just go on Amazon

Do not use GeForce to update your drivers, it has caused a lot of problems for some First download and install DDU then reboot into safe mode and run DDU for a clean uninstall of everything Nvidia https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html Reboot into normal mode and download the latest…

You have a M2 NVMe PCIe expansion slot available, you can install 512gb and many Nitro5 users install 1tb with no problems. Samsung EVO 970 is a good choice, link below https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-970-EVO-1TB-MZ-V7E1T0BW/dp/B07BN217QG

Yes you can replace it with an FHD, the 1st three screens in the table below are tested by Acer for your model and they are 30 pin the same as the existing
-
Do a battery reset. Unplug it then press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds, leave the laptop alone for 15 minutes then plug back in and see if it will charge

Your MOBO only supports 2400/2666 Mhz and your BIOS doesnt support overclocking the RAM , anything above will down clock to 2666 Mhz. Other than that it's a good match, just buy the 2666 version
-
Yes you can expand your ports by adding a Docking station to USB A
