Are you from Manila? So far in Cebu, I believe local service center are NOT aware of this... Some users might have thought the problem is working as designed Hence no complains from them.

I'm in Bacolod. The in-store tech had no idea what I was taking about. I brought printed copies on sections of this thread and also took a video on my receipt and the problem happening in case techs doubt the problem. I showed him everything and they called the head in-store tech and had no idea also. They though it had something to do with guided navigation/narrator. They refused to read the printed copies I brought and they proceeded to call the local service center. The local service center rep refused to acknowledge the issue with the stuck windows button and advised the in-store techs to do software troubleshooting. I basically left the store for a while to cool off my head as they refused to listen to what I was saying. Upon returning, the in-store tech restored windows to factory, applied updates, and tried to update the already updated bios. Still he had no idea how to troubleshoot the device. He offered to give a replacement product, based on the the model no. it was still the same line of switch 10s that had the issue. Exhausted, I opted to replace it with an asus t200 instead. Tried to get the name of the local service rep center rep but they refused.
I was willing to have it serviced and get the device fixed as it was perfect or my needs. Unfortunately I have to go through hoops just to let them know what the problem is.
tl;dr In-store tech and local service center tech had no idea how to address the issue. Replaced it with another device instead.

I have explained my experience on the early pages of this thread. In my case, i discovered the problem during the 8th day of purchase. Technically it shouldn't qualify the 7-day replacement warranty policy but i presented a video of youtube and testimonies of users regarding this problem to my local dealer. Fortunately, they considered replacing the unit to a different iitem. I replaced it with an Asus T100 instead since i am aware that this is a hardware problem that the local service center cannot fix! I know this won't help you but just wanted you to know i feel your pain.
Good luck!
