Acer Aspire V7 582PG Driver problem

My graphics driver is having issues after I update Windows 10. I was playing games at 1 FPS, I normally get higher FPS than that.

I even tried to install the latest driver update win64_154034.4624, and the same thing occurs. I've also came across the Driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal error. I've also tried using the Intel update utility to update my drivers, but it didn't help.
