a S4-392 13.3" i5-4200U 8G failed to turn on Tried using a pin for battery reset .still dead!!!

Just failed to turn on...I worked initially for a good few times, by battery reset. But the trick does not work soon after. Even teh battery light is in full blue...the other on botton is just absoluately not even lighting up...no blue no amber no nothing...how can I turn the machine again...very desperate...need to get that to use at work early next week...I only bought it last week...brand new machine....!!!

Why would you be using the 'battery reset' that much?

What was occuring to make you need to do this?

Is this system connected to AC with the adapter?
